Participants of the “MS-4004: Getting Started with Microsoft 365 Copilot” course gain practical skills in using Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications to compose documents, analyze data, create presentations, and enhance productivity through AI-driven solutions. They also develop role-specific proficiencies, learning how to apply Copilot to tasks in sales, marketing, HR, IT, finance, and operations for improved workflow efficiency. The course is presented in two parts:
- Part 1: Getting Started with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- In this section, delegates will be introduced to Copilot for Microsoft 365 and learn how to use it effectively across various Microsoft 365 applications. The course covers best practices for building productive prompts, optimizing Copilot’s capabilities, and extending its functionality to suit different workflows.
- Part 2: Hands-On Use Cases
- This section is the core of the course, featuring hands-on exercises designed around seven key business roles: Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. Students will work through practical tasks within Microsoft 365 apps, such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others, to complete real-world business scenarios tied to each Use Case.
